The Mount features an RCC framed structure designed to offer seismic resistance. Walls are constructed using solid blocks or Aerocon blocks, while the foundation and the external perimeter are treated with anti-termite chemicals to ensure long-term durability and pest resistance. The exteriors are coated with cement plaster and weather shield paint, and interior walls feature a smooth finish with putty and acrylic emulsion from Asian Paints or equivalent. The lobby areas are finished with cement plaster and acrylic emulsion, while false ceilings are provided in both inside apartments and common areas for a clean and premium aesthetic.
